• the collar and chin guard are lined with anti-pilling fleece,
• the pre-shaped, generously cut and insulated hood is fitted with a reinforced, large peak and can be rolled into the collar; the hood is adjustable in multiple ways via elastic one-hand pulls with cord stoppers,

• large, patch two-way pockets, with insulated handwarmer slip pockets, provide space to warm your hands and storage space,

• an internal chest pocket secured with a zip provides space for documents and a mobile phone,

• elastic width adjustment at the waist & hem with one-hand pulls,

• large, sturdy hanging loop on the back,

• the jackets are equipped with a finishing zip; via this access, located inside on the left-hand side next to the chest pocket, a print (team name, boat name, company name, etc.) can be applied.

MATERIALS:

All parts of the SYDNEY line are 100% waterproof (water column 10,000 mm) and breathable (4000 g/sqm/24 h water vapour permeability to the JIS industrial standard); all seams are watertight welded.

OUTER MATERIALS:

For the SYDNEY JACKET “NEON”, we use a robust 2-layer fabric made of 100% polyester with a polyurethane coating. This is for technical reasons: polyester ensures higher colour fastness in neon colours than nylon.

As a positive side effect, this also makes the jackets extra light!

INNER LINING:

Light mesh lining on the body and taffeta lining in the arms for friction-free putting on.

FRONT ZIP:

Large-tooth YKK front zip that is comfortable to operate even with cold hands (2-way zip).

REFLECTIVE TAPES / REFLECTIVE PANELS / HOOD IN NEON COLOUR:

To increase visibility, for all colour variants of the jackets there are

• reflective tapes across the chest and back,
• reflective panels on the chest and on the sleeves and
• the hood in neon luminous colour.

1. Rinse off: Rinse the jacket briefly with water after wearing it to remove salt and dirt.
2. Wash: If needed, you can wash the jacket in the washing machine using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Please do not use bleach or fabric softener.
3. Air-dry: Hang the jacket up to dry—ideally not in direct sunlight or near heaters.
4. Refresh: If the jacket becomes less water-repellent after some time, you can easily refresh it with a standard waterproofing spray for outdoor clothing.
5. Store: Keep the jacket in a dry place so it is ready for your next adventure.
