Description

The Trelleborg Coastal sailing trousers are a straightforward, functional garment for anyone spending time outdoors—whether on the water or on land. They were developed specifically for watersports beginners, sailing schools, and recreational paddlers, with a focus on comfort, protection, and durability.

The material made from 100% polyamide with PU coating provides you with a 5,000 mm water column—so you stay reliably dry even in prolonged rain or spray. At the same time, a breathability of 3,000 g/m²/24 h ensures you do not feel clammy, even when moving.

The elastic braces can be adjusted individually and provide a secure fit in any position. The side hook-and-loop fastener at hip height allows you to put them on and take them off quickly—ideal when switching between layers.

Especially practical: The knee sections are reinforced to withstand abrasion and strain when kneeling, sitting, or working on deck.

The straight unisex cut fits over other clothing without adding bulk—perfect for changeable weather, sailing courses, or simply as weatherproof outdoor trousers.

Care tips

Keep your Crazy4Sailing bib trousers in top condition by following these care tips:

  1. Pre-cleaning: Carefully remove coarse dirt and stains with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
  2. Washing: Wash the bib trousers in the washing machine as needed. Use a mild detergent and select a gentle cycle. Please avoid bleach and fabric softener to protect the material.
  3. Gentle drying: Hang the bib trousers up to dry. Avoid direct sunlight and drying near radiators to prevent stressing the material.
  4. Ironing: If necessary, iron the bib trousers at a low temperature. Make sure to avoid direct contact between the hot iron and any plastic parts or prints.
  5. Repairs: If minor damage occurs, repair it promptly to prevent more serious damage.
  6. Storage: Store the bib trousers in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid storing the trousers folded for long periods to prevent permanent creases.
