BluePort Grip XG – Ultra-lightweight grip for dry applications

You don't need waterproof protection, but you're looking for a shoe that's lightweight, comfortable, and absolutely slip-resistant? Then the BluePort Grip XG is your ideal companion. It is based on the same proven design as the Grip XWP – just without a membrane. This makes it even more breathable and lighter – perfect for warm days, dry weather, and inshore trips.

The Grip XG is as comfortable as a sneaker, yet remains functional like a technical water sports shoe. The soft footbed ensures all-day comfort—even barefoot or during long periods of standing. The construction is so flexible that you can move comfortably even while kneeling, without the shoe pinching or bothering you.

The raised front with a sturdy toe cap protects against abrasion and contact with deck parts. The Grip XG is also quick-drying and odor-resistant, so you can wear it comfortably even with frequent use or in hot conditions.

The heart of it all is the sole: Made from a specially developed rubber compound with a portion of recycled materials, it offers you slip resistance far beyond the standard. Even on smooth or wet decks, you always have a secure grip – even under challenging conditions.

The Grip XG is perfect if you're looking for a functional, lightweight shoe for use in good weather – offering maximum comfort without unnecessary extras.

Top: 90% POLYESTER+10%TPU

Sole: 80% MD + 20% RUBBER

Care tips

  • Rinse the shoe with clear water after wearing it – especially after exposure to saltwater or heavy dirt.
  • Let it dry in the air in the shade – please not in direct sunlight or on the heater
  • Clean by hand with a mild detergent if needed
  • The inserts can be removed and dried separately.
  • Do not wash in the washing machine, do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron or dry clean


And most importantly:The special rubber sole is designed to be extremely slip-resistant – but it will only stay that way if it's not treated too gently. If you wear the shoe exclusively on board, the sole can become too smooth over time.


Feel free to wear it on land, on asphalt, or rough paths.This keeps the surface of the sole grippy – so the grip stays right where you need it: on the deck.
